Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ERP software implementation projects.
2. Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
3. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements.
4. Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications and work closely with the development team to ensure accurate and efficient implementation.
5. Facilitate user acceptance testing, ensuring that delivered solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards.
6. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ERP systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed.
7. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in ERP software to contribute valuable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in ERP software projects.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to comprehend complex business processes.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration between business and technical teams.
6. Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
7. Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
