  1. Technical Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of ERP software solutions.
    • Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful execution of projects.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence and innovation.
  2. System Architecture and Design:
    • Architect robust and scalable ERP solutions based on client requirements.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Ensure adherence to best practices in system design and development.
  3. Coding and Development:
    • Hands-on coding and development using relevant programming languages and tools.
    • Conduct code reviews and ensure the team delivers high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code.
    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and incorporate them into the development process.
  4. Collaboration with Stakeholders:
    • Act as a technical liaison with Japanese-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of technical aspects.
    • Collaborate with project managers to align technical solutions with project goals.
    • Provide technical support and guidance during client interactions.
  5. Team Building and Talent Development:
    • Build and nurture a high-performing technical team.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
    • Identify and address technical skill gaps within the team.


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Proficiency in Japanese (N2 level) and English for effective communication.
  3. Proven experience as a Technical Leader in ERP software development.
  4. Strong technical skills in relevant programming languages and ERP technologies.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  6. Leadership and team-building skills with a focus on fostering collaboration.
  7. Familiarity with ERP systems and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
