Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in Japanese (N2 level) and English for effective communication.
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, specifically in ERP software projects.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to navigate cross-cultural dynamics.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Familiarity with ERP systems, project management methodologies, and tools.
