Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:
   • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP software implementation projects.
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
   • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
2. Stakeholder Communication:
   • Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
   • Facilitate effective communication between the project team and clients.
   • Provide regular project status updates and ensure alignment with client expectations.
3. Team Leadership:
   • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring they are aligned with project goals.
   • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
   • Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Risk Management:
   • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
   • Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.
   • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
5. Quality Assurance:
   • Monitor project progress and adherence to quality standards.
   • Conduct regular project reviews and assessments.
   • Implement best practices to optimize project delivery.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in Japanese (N2 level) and English for effective communication.
3. Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, specifically in ERP software projects.
4. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to navigate cross-cultural dynamics.
6. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
7. Familiarity with ERP systems, project management methodologies, and tools.
