Job Title: IT Software ERP Business Analyst (Japanese Speaking – N1)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ERP software implementation projects.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Act as a bridge between the Japanese-speaking stakeholders and the development team, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work closely with the development team to ensure accurate and efficient implementation.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and ensure that the delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and quality standards.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ERP systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in ERP software to contribute valuable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in both Japanese (N1 level) and English to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in ERP software projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration between business and technical teams.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly in a Japanese business context, is highly desirable.
