Responsibilities:
- Software Development:
- Develop and maintain ERP software solutions using C# and MSSQL, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and scalable code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Database Management:
- Design and implement database structures and queries using MSSQL to support ERP functionalities.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity in ERP systems.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Act as a technical liaison with Japanese-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of technical aspects.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions and provide technical insights to stakeholders.
- Code Reviews and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Japanese (N2 level) and English for effective communication.
- Proven experience as an ERP Developer with expertise in C# and MSSQL.
- Strong technical skills in software development, with a focus on creating scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
